Very Rare 19th Century Shop Large Double Paper Roll Cutter
This is a rare and very unusual Paper Roll Cutter, the stand is made in Golden Oak and Iron, it holds 2 rolls of paper, the roll holders are set behind a heavy serrated cutting edge, so that when you pull the paper from the dispenser, it can be torn neatly from the roll
The cutter is in very good condition
The Frame of the dispenser is 28” long x 23” high and it is 10” deep
