A magnificent piece of social history a Victorian Family Grocers ShopCupboard from Sutton�s Store, advertising tea, coffee, fresh eggs, meat pies and Game products,
The cupboard is very Heavy and made in mahogany with 2 tall glass fronted doors, each of the panes of glass are painted with an advertisement, inside there are 2 adjustable shelves.
This is a one piece cupboard, the cornice is removable and it stands on bun feet, originally the cupboard would have been used as a display or cabinet or bookcase
The cupboard is in good sound condition with a little age related wear to the painted decoration, this would be a fantastic working piece in Grocers or Country store
