A 18th Century Country Oak Dresser, from Normandy
This is a lovely old piece, it is well over 200 years old and has the most wonderful patina, the dresser is made in beautifully figured golden oak
The Dresser or Sideboard is a real country piece in the Norman style, it has shaped apron to the front with primitive carved decoration, it has 3 drawers over 2 doors enclosing a shelved cupboard

The dresser is a rustic and heavy piece, and has its original brass fittings also the door has its key and working lock
The dresser is in good sound condition, it has a few marks on the top as you would expect on a well used piece like this and the shelf in the cupboard has been replace with a pine one, there are signs of old wood worm, this has been killed
The dresser is 38.5” high x 47.5” wide and 20” deep
