Motor Tool Box, Automotive Parts Delivery and Storage BasketThis is an unusual piece, it is a wicker lidded basket, with an oil cloth cover to protect the contents from the weather. The basket was probably used by the garage “SCOTT BRO’S of Colchester” to carry repair and service equipment on a truck, it is sign written on the sides and front with their name and advertising Morris Minor and Castrol Oil
The basket is in good condition, though the leather cloth is a bit scuffed
The Basket is 19” high, 29” wide and 16” deep
