Oriental Carved Camphor Wood ChestThis Beautiful Carved Chest is made from Camphor Wood, for those of you who do not know camphor wood it is a hard wood which lends itself very well to carving.
However the main reason for using camphor wood is its fragrance it smells a bit like Eucalyptus and this most attractive of smells repels moths hence its common use in the best quality Blanket Boxes, it has a clean interior and a lattice tray at the top
The carvings are mainly of country scenes, the chest is carved on every side, and comes with the original lock
